yeah raam is pretty difficult on insane im doing insane now(still on belly of the beast) but before i did mine i did it for a friend what you need are
tourqe bow
4 grenades
sniper
and boltok
(never leave the first well lit block unless its to go to the one by the troika)
when hes at distance at the troika use the sniper to his head if hes not only pointing at you
then when hes closer charge the bow just enough to blindfire close to him.when hes behind
your block blind throw grenades at him(all 4 if you can) then when hes not shooting hop over
your block and run like hell to the other side to the other block
then snipe the hell at him,blindfire the boltok, and if you have arrows blindfire. hell die pretty quick sometimes even before you go to the next block.
